A different kind of retreat
Beautiful spaces for connection, restoration, and possibility.
These retreats were born from the kind of experience I long for after loss: intimate connection with others who truly understand, held in unique and elevated settings where people can feel deeply cared for, restored, and supported.
I believe that even alongside profound loss, joy, friendship, meaning, and wellbeing still belong to us. These retreats are not about leaving grief behind or becoming who you were before. They are about learning how to carry what cannot be changed while slowly reconnecting with yourself, with others, and with life as it continues to unfold.
While grief has a place here, it is not the sole focus. Together, we create space for honest conversations about loss while also making room for beauty, laughter, meaningful experiences, new perspectives, and the possibility of living fully alongside grief.
OUR APPROACH
What We Will Explore Together

Retreat Winter 2026
Through workshops, guided conversations, reflection, and shared experiences, we explore many of the challenges that arise after profound loss and the ways people can continue to grow, adapt, and find meaning in life after it.
Topics may include understanding how grief influences identity and our relationship with the future, working with rumination and self-critical thought patterns, reconnecting with personal strengths and values, cultivating self-compassion, building resilience, and developing practical habits that support wellbeing.
Drawing from contemporary research in positive psychology, resilience science, and meaning-making, these conversations are designed to offer both insight and practical tools. The goal is not to fix grief or eliminate pain, but to help participants navigate life with greater awareness, flexibility, connection, and confidence.

Retreat Winter 2026
Together, we explore how grief and wellbeing can coexist, and how moments of purpose, beauty, connection, and even joy can remain available to us while carrying loss forward.

Retreat Winter 2026
“This beautiful retreat — the chance to be with other moms who have experienced similar loss — has been life giving. It helped me to see myself in a new and more forgiving way. To breathe, to move, to laugh, and most of all, to be understood brings a treasure of joy amidst pain.”
